My desire to help others can be traced back to high school. When a teacher confronted me, it was someone I had never met before, and he told me about how my other teachers wanted me to be part of his peer tutoring group. Once I found out that my teachers noticed an ability I possessed that I was never aware of, I wanted to take that step, and make a difference as a tutor. I believe all students should have the ability to learn and properly understand if they find themselves struggling in class. I presently attend Texas State University. I'm earning my degree in Special Education I work with students in Algebra 1-2, Elementary and Middle School Math, Geometry, Anatomy, Biology, Physics, Reading, Writing, Essay Editing, Phonics, College Essays, American History, Social Studies, English, Social Sciences, Pre-Algebra, Psychology, Geography, Ecology, Life Science, and test prep for both ACT and the SAT. Outside of working with students and going to school, I have a very active lifestyle and enjoy going biking, weight lifting, and hiking. Sometimes I even go mountain biking to combine both of my interests into one. I also kick back and read when I want to relax.
